This notice explains how information submitted through the DP Designs consultation form is handled.

1. Information submitted
Visitors may voluntarily provide their name, business name, email address, phone number, location, website URL, project details, preferences, and contact consent through the consultation form.
2. How the information is used
Information submitted through the form is used by DP Designs to review and respond to the inquiry and to discuss potential website services.
3. Google Forms
The consultation form is provided through Google Forms. When the embedded version is unavailable, visitors may use the official public-form link. Google may process submitted information according to its own terms and privacy practices.
4. Hosting
The website is hosted through Netlify and may be subject to the hosting provider’s technical processing.
5. Cookies and analytics
The initial website does not intentionally include advertising trackers or an analytics platform. Update this notice before adding analytics or marketing tools.
6. Retention
DP Designs keeps inquiry information until the inquiry is resolved. The information is then deleted after three months.
